Baking in Greenland: because everyone needs cake

This August, as part of my PhD and I will be going to see some rocks known as the Skaergaard intrusion in East Greenland (put the co-ordinates 68.156838, -31.685651 into Google maps if you want to see where we’re off). At the moment the team is in the planning and logistics stage, but I will be blogging more about the expedition closer to our departure date.

In the meantime, have a read of my guest blog for the Clandestine Cake Club on cake and preparing for baking on my Arctic fieldwork this summer.
